Scaffold — landing page content pending

This is the initial project skeleton for the GigaOm 2026 platform. The hero above exercises the real GigaOm design tokens so the pipeline can be verified end to end; the actual landing page content has not been built yet.

Next up, in order:

Build out the real landing page sections against src/app/globals.css tokens.
Provision S3 + CloudFront and add the deploy job to .github/workflows/ci.yml.
Stand up the API service on ECS behind CloudFront.
Create the Cognito user pool and DynamoDB tables.
Write the per-post content migration utilities (single post and collection, not a bulk cutover).
